Goals

Oswald Chambers once wrote: “If you cannot express yourself well on each of your beliefs, work and study until you can.”

Each year I set goals. I have been doing this since 2004. In 2020, my husband put a “white board” on the back of my office door. This helped greatly because now I was able to color-code my silos of important things to get done. Red is for my iron-work; blue is for family/church; green is for my writing; black is used to underscore words or emphasize something I want to look at again, and again, until I know it by heart or recognize the source when I hear it.

My God is— Omnipresent (everywhere) Psalm 139:7—Omniscient (all knowing) Psalm 139:4; 1st John 3:20—Omnipotent (all powerful) Revelation 19:6 (KJV)

“In life, we all need four things: a mentor, a cheerleader, a coach, and a friend.”

“I choose to be happy.”— Anne Frank

“If my work is not glorifying God and furthering His Kingdom, then I need to change jobs.”
